Attic
Film watching, wine tasting, board games, conferences, or just a good old chat

With a surface of 114 sqm, the attic is generous and welcoming, with room for various recreational activities. Board games, a ping pong table, home cinema, bookcases, a roll-out screen and a video projector are all available here. Fully versatile, the attic can turn from a bohemian party venue into a more professional space for a serious mini conference in the blink of an eye.

Terrace
Modern inter-war villa

At the end of the hallway, the terrace is the iconic feature of the villa, due to its original arches. It can offer a gorgeous green view, fresh air and memorable times.

Patio and garden
Colourful flowers and soft lawn to relax barefoot.

In front of the house there is the patio, lined with seasonal flowers: tulips, daffodils, and later dahlias, lilies, peonies and roses. All the way to the entrance gate, aside from minimal intrusions, nature is left to assert its local colour. The patio can be where you have breakfast, organise your trips or relax after a good hike.

The garden, over 3000 sqm wide, is home to lilac, jasmine, black locust and linden trees; due to the succession of flowers, the air around Aronson Villa is balmy for a few months in a row.

Gazebo
Outdoor parties.

Fitted with two ovens, one for grilling, the other for bread, pizza or pies, the shadowy gazebo is the favourite spot in summer. With running water and electricity, it can be used as a summer kitchen/living room. The wood for the benches and tables comes from the two dry fir trees in the garden. It can seat up to 20-30 people, thus becoming the ideal focal point for a garden party.

Play area
The helm of the house, leading to fantastic lands.

Located close to the gazebo, for easy surveillance, the play area comprises the Parrot House – for younger children (2-4 years old) and the Bumblebee House – for older children, with a slide, a trampoline and a seesaw. For your children’s safety, do not leave them unsupervised.

Kitchen
With a rustic vibe and modern facilities, the kitchen is the heart of the villa.

With a surface of 17 sqm, the kitchen is the heart of this home. It welcomes you and allows you to cook complex dishes or just make coffee or tea.

Aromatic garden
Aromatic herbs.

Aromatic herbs are our weak spot and they are part of our small, yet growing garden: peppermint, tarragon, basil, rosemary and oregano. They can be used for any kind of menu: pizza, salad or soups.
